Techni Waterjet’s Ultimate electric servo waterjet pump generates 88,000 PSI max

Techni Waterjet has introduced the Ultimate series electric servo pump by Quantum SPT. It is designed to generate hyperpressure (60,000 to 88,000 PSI) without significantly increasing operating costs, the company reports.

The check valves and seals have been redesigned to withstand the higher pressure for increased service life. The cartridge-style check valves are readily accessible and can be changed quickly, and no special tools are required to access and replace any of the hyperpressure components.

The high cutting speed results in lower abrasive requirements and costs, since the job is completed more quickly using a higher-power-density cutting stream. Features include a heavy-duty frame, integrated LP water filters, built-in router for remote support, and advanced diagnostics.
