Welding hazards seminar to be held May 1

Hastings Air Energy Control, New Berlin, Wis., will host a complimentary seminar on welding hazards May 1 from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Attendees will learn about the latest regulations and best practices to address concerns with hex-chrome, manganese, and other hazards specific to welding. Topics will include industrial hygiene, welding torches and fume control, ambient filtration, dust collection and controls, explosion remediation, and housekeeping.
