ESAB acquires Gas Control Equipment
ESAB Welding & Cutting Products, Annapolis Junction, Md., has acquired Gas Control Equipment (GCE), a Sweden-based provider of gas equipment for general industrial, health care, high-purity, science, and research applications. GCE employs more than 900 people.
ESAB offers filler metals, equipment, and accessories for welding and cutting applications.
