Kemppi Oy CEO leaves company

Kemppi Oy, a manufacturer of arc welding equipment and accessories, has announced that CEO Ville Vuori has left his position at his own request.

"I feel that I have accomplished what I had as my target when I started at Kemppi,” Vuori said. “We achieved a lot as a team, and now it is the right moment for me to move on and continue my work as a board professional.”

To ensure a smooth transition, Katri Sahlman, vice president, strategy and business development, has temporarily assumed CEO duties while the search for a successor continues.
