Tregaskiss celebrates 50th anniversary
Tregaskiss, Windsor, Ont., marks its 50th year in business in 2017. Founded in 1967 by William Tregaskiss, a toolmaker from England, the company introduced its first semiautomatic GMAW gun in 1972.
The company was family owned until it was purchased by Illinois Tool Works (ITW) in 2007. Today the firm offers robotic GMAW guns, peripherals, and consumables.
