Abicor Binzel launches laser system repair/maintenance services
Abicor Binzel has completed and had certified a new laser system repair and maintenance lab at its North America headquarters in Frederick, Md.
The lab, audited and certified by Scansonic, offers cleanroom environment settings with a certified lab result. Equipment includes a TRUMPF® 2-kW TruDisk laser for power testing, Primes power meter/focal monitor, beam alignment measurement, flow box for optics cleaning, and multiprotocol fieldbus testing.
The lab offers component replacement, complete laser head rebuilds, and basic maintenance. It can service the ALO1, ALO3, Master Feeder systems, TH6x optical seam tracker, and their various components.
