Harris Products Group releases corporate video

The Harris Products Group, a provider of equipment and alloys used in brazing, soldering, welding, cutting, heating, and gas control, has introduced a new corporate video that presents the company’s heritage.

The firm was founded as The Harris Calorific Co. in 1899, when John Harris invented the first flame-cutting torch. A few years later, in 1914, Joseph W. Harris Sr. founded the J. W. Harris Co. and developed many of the brazing alloys and fluxes that are still used today. Lincoln Electric merged these two companies in 2005 and formed The Harris Products Group.

In recent years Harris has expanded its operations into new industries with acquisitions and new turnkey systems. Based in Mason, Ohio, it has manufacturing and distribution facilities worldwide.
