Activ8X wire feeder from Lincoln Electric designed for durability
Lincoln Electric® has launched the new Activ8X™ portable, semiautomatic wire feeder with CrossLinc® technology.
The impact-resistant, flame-retardant case provides durability for tough conditions, while the potted PC boards protect against moisture and corrosion. Features include a Maxtrac® wire drive system and tachometer feedback to help ensure accurate wire feed speed.
The wire feeder allows remote control of the power source without the need for control cables via CrossLinc technology. This includes True Voltage Technology™, which helps ensure users get the desired voltage set at the arc, even from hundreds of feet away from the power source, and automatically compensates for voltage drops across long welding cables.
