Headstock-tailstock positioner offers 0.01-degree part positioning accuracy

Kinetic Technologies has launched the HT headstock-tailstock positioning system for cobot welding. The servo-driven headstock rotating positioner with a fixed tailstock allows for part positioning accuracy to 0.01 degree, offering nearly infinite jog table locations and the ability to rotate during welding.

The company also has launched the RT Lite cobot-controlled rotary welding table. It features the same load capacity as the RT1 at a lower price point for users who don’t need the cobot fixed to the table.
