CenterLine model N saves space in light production fastener welding applications
CenterLine (Windsor) Ltd. has introduced the model N to its CLCS FlexFast line of configured stationary welding machines. It features a narrow upper arm and lower knee with a 152- by 300-mm tooling platen. The base model supports one OHMA air-over-oil weld cylinder.
The machine is designed to save space and is suitable for lighter production fastener welding applications. The controller offers control of the machine sequence and up to two feeders. Four schedules are available per cylinder.
The VeriFast LVDT weld body, together with upper weld cylinder position monitoring, provides reliable fastener detection to monitor the quality of the projection welding process.
