Lincoln Electric CheckPoint Weld Data Monitoring system redesigned

Lincoln Electric has launched the fifth generation of its CheckPoint Weld Data Monitoring system. The redesign includes improved dashboards and reports that streamline weld data to help users visualize performance metrics and trends.

The dashboards provide essential, industry-specific key performance indicators to track productivity, including trend projections, operating factor, and real-time OEE calculations. Optimized reporting helps track key quality metrics down to the individual welding station or robotic cell. And real-time shift planning helps users visualize shift schedules and planned downtime.
