Weldcote offers true-color, autodarkening filters for passive-style welding helmets

Weldcote, a division of Zika Group, has introduced true-color, autodarkening welding filters that help enhance the visible spectrum for improved clarity and reduced eye fatigue.

The retrofit lenses provide users with vision accuracy, light diffusion, and consistent shade. They fit all passive-style helmets that have a standard 2- by 4-in. passive filter lens, as well as some autodarkening helmets, depending on style.

With a view area of 3.62 by 1.42 in., the 0.2-in.-thick fixed filters are available in shade numbers 9, 10, 11, or 12.
