Compact industrial grinders, sanders offered

Fuji Air Tools has introduced a series of compact angle grinders and sanders and a cutter for metalworking applications. The FA-45 series offers an improved power-to-weight ratio and a lower-profile head than previous models, making these tools suitable for deburring, weld bead removal, and basic chamfering. They are up to 27 percent more powerful than previous models from the manufacturer.

Six models of 5-in. angle grinders are available, delivering 1.17 to 1.48 HP and weighing no more than 4.6 lbs. Each grinder is equipped with a swivel silencer that minimizes the effect of freezing during operation.

The 7-in. angle sanders are available in three models with 1.17-HP motors and free speed of 7,000 RPM. The 5-in. angle cutter features a low-profile head and a maximum power output of 1.48 HP.
