Compact fiber laser produces up to 2.5 kW of power
The nLIGHT® alta™ compact fiber laser, which the company says is the world’s smallest, can produce up to 2.5 kW of power. The laser can be used to power an array of industrial cutting, welding, and AM equipment.
Proprietary back-reflection technology allows users to cut or weld reflective metals such as polished stainless, aluminum, brass, and copper at full power and stability.
