Weld-Diamond mat from First Mats prevents welder fatigue, withstands splatter and sparks

The Weld-Diamond mat, an antifatigue mat for welders and fabricators, is available from First Mats. It features a flame-retardant diamond tread surface to withstand welding bays and other demanding industrial environments. It is slip-resistant, and its beveled edges help prevent trips and falls.

The mat has a foam center, but it is fusion-bonded to a vinyl top surface that’s been fire tested to BS EN 13501-1 Class Cfl - s1. This means the mat will withstand welding splatter and spills of other hot materials. It is available in various standard sizes starting at 60 by 90 cm and in custom sizes to 18.3 m long.
