BLM Group USA hires director of service
William (Bill) J. Nygaard
BLM Group USA, Novi, Mich., a manufacturer of tube and flat sheet processing equipment, has named William (Bill) J. Nygaard as the new director of service.
Nygaard has over 20 years of diverse customer service management experience with an emphasis on strategic growth. Before joining the company, he served key roles with Kubota, Caterpillar, and Komatsu. He is an active member of the National Association of Service Managers and serves on the board of directors.
