Rafter Equipment announces organization changes

Strongsville, Ohio-based tube mill and roll forming equipment manufacturer Rafter Equipment has announced a realignment of its commercial team.

Dan Whitehill takes a more customer-facing role, responsible for inside sales. He has been with the company for more than 25 years in various leadership roles, including many years as president and co-owner.

Phil Baker has been named vice president of engineering and customer support. Previously engineering manager, he has been with the company for 22 years in product innovations, field service, and project management. Baker has 15 years of field service experience, along with significant controls, electrical, and mechanical expertise.

Scott Parker has joined the company as vice president of business development and marketing. He has more than 20 years of technical commercial sales and marketing management experience in the industrial, automotive, and electronics markets. Parker has served on the company’s advisory board for many years.
