Rainier Industries adds 3-D freeform tube bender
Rainier Industries, a metal fabricator based in Tukwila, Wash., has added a tube bending machine that allows tube to be shaped with a variable radius. The 3-D freeform bending machine handles tube with ODs from ¾ to 2-3/8 in. up to 20 ft. long.
The bender processes tubing made from various materials, including aluminum, copper, brass, steel, and stainless steel. It also can print on the tube before bending.
