Square Deal Machining adds tube laser

Square Deal Machining Inc., Marathon, N.Y., has installed a tube laser for processing round and square tubes up to 10 in. dia., as well as structural beams and other open profiles.

In addition to providing new opportunities for product design and customization, the tube laser has streamlined operations by completing previously multistep cut-and-form jobs in one step. Jobs also are being completed more rapidly: computer technology simplifies product design and modification, and increased cutting speeds of the specialized plasma cutting equipment reduce project turnaround time.
