Superior Tube announces key staff appointments

Collegeville, Pa.-based Superior Tube Co., a unit of Ametek Specialty Metal Products and manufacturer of small-diameter tubing in stainless steel, nickel, titanium, and zirconium alloys, has announced several key staff appointments.
William (Bill) Scilingo, plant manager, has more than 25 years of experience in the metals industry and more than 20 years of experience in leadership and management roles in the medical, industrial, and automotive markets.
Eric Lentz, operations manager, joins the company with more than 15 years of experience in operations manager and site leader roles in the metals industry.
Mark Heuberger has returned to the company in the newly created role of manufacturing engineering manager. He has more than 10 years of experience in metallurgy.
Scott Bussinger, quality manager, has more than 30 years of experience in quality management, including leadership and management roles.
Hassan Raid has been named environmental health and safety manager. He joins the company from a global device manufacturer, bringing more than 20 years of experience building safety and environmental programs for manufacturing.
Tamer Elbably, planning supervisor, is a certified supply chain professional with 13 years of experience in S&OP, material planning, inventory management and cost reduction across the supply chain.
Brian Gorney, process engineer and metallurgist, holds a bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering from the University of Michigan. He has several years of experience as a metallurgist in quality assurance.
The company also has appointed three additional account representatives: Avery Coleman, Lauren Brunner, and Tyriq Kershaw.
