Schwarze-Robitec’s new electric tube benders cover small, large diameters

Schwarze-Robitec has announced the development of two fully electric tube bending machines.
tuThe CNC 25 E TB MR bends tubes with diameters as small as 25 mm. For each bending sequence, the bender’s NxG control system automatically checks the interaction among all axes, operates them simultaneously, and prepares the next sequences. The machine is available in both left- and right-hand bending versions, as well as a rotary version that can bend 180 degrees.
The CNC 80 E TB MR is a larger machine also fitted with the control system. The Quick-Tool-Unlock system allows opening and closing of the tension bars with a consistent tightness that cuts setup time and helps increase repeatability. The integrated tube cutter allows bending and final cutting of tube components in one step.
