Custom-welded profiles offered

OMCO produces custom-welded profiles and standard tube shapes requiring slots, holes, and other modifications. The company’s production line incorporates a 330-ton prepunch press; a 3.5-in. rafted roll forming mill; and a 150-kW, high-frequency welder with integrated eddy current monitor to handle material thicknesses up to 0.250 in.

This new capability is suitable for manufacturers that incorporate large quantities of custom profile shapes into their products. It is an alternative for companies that use significant volumes of standard welded tube shapes that need punching, slotting, notching, and other inline operations.
