Meld Mfg. Corp. selected for Phase I Army Expeditionary Technology Search

Additive manufacturing technology provider Meld™ Mfg. Corp., Christiansburg, Va., has been selected by the U.S. Army to be part of its inaugural Army Expeditionary Technology Search (xTechSearch) initiative.

xTechSearch seeks out potential collaborators to work with the Army to address modernization challenges. Meld has been selected for Phase I of the program based on its proposed use to create lighter-weight, higher-strength materials for the next-generation combat vehicles.
