TCI Precision Metals increases workforce
Gardena, Calif.-based TCI Precision Metals, a wholesale metals distributor for Alcoa, Kaiser, and Hulamin Aluminum offering 6061, 2024, and 7075 aluminum plate and sheet and stainless steel plate, has announced it has increased its workforce by 15 percent over the last six months.
According to the company, this growth is in response to increasing demand for its Machine-Ready blanks, which eliminate the need for in-house sawing, grinding, flattening, and squaring operations. Each blank arrives deburred, clean, and to customer specifications—as close as +/- 0.0005 in. dimensionally and 0.0002 in. flatness, squareness, and parallelism.
