Fluidforming Americas FormBalancer FB42 uses fluid, 60,000 PSI to create complex parts

FluidForming Americas has introduced the FormBalancer FB42 bladderless fluid forming machine. It can create large, single prototypes and oversized, high-run parts that require the extra-large 47-in.-square forming table capacity.

The company also offers FB35 and FB25 models for smaller applications.

The machines use a forming pressure of up to 60,000 PSI to create complex parts in materials such as titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper.
