Nelson Fastener Systems announces two staff appointments

Nelson® Fastener Systems, Elyria, Ohio, a manufacturer of fastener systems technology and engineered components, has appointed Gerry Feltmate and Al Zerbini to managerial positions at Specialty Bar Products ™, Blairsville, Pa., and Greenville, S.C., and TOG Manufacturing® in North Adams, Mass.

Feltmate has been named general manager for the three facilities. He is a graduate of McKeesport Technical Institute and has held engineering and managerial positions with Union Switch, Bethlehem Steel, and GE Transportation. He has worked for Specialty Bar Products for 12 years in various supervisory roles.

Zerbini has been appointed financial director for the three facilities. He has held positions including operations accounting, financial analysis, and controller with such employers as F.B. Leopold and the Greensburg Tribune. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting management from the University of Pittsburgh.
