General Carbide earns ISO 9001:2015 certification

General Carbide Corp., a Greensburg, Pa.-based vertically integrated manufacturer of finished tooling for industrial wear and metal forming applications, has upgraded its ISO quality certification to ISO 9001:2015. The company earned its ISO 9001:2008 certification several years ago.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on the principles of customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and relationship management.
