Aptean acquires logistics software company V-Technologies

Aptean, a global provider of enterprise software, has acquired Connecticut-based integrated shipping software company V-Technologies LLC.

V-Technologies, founded in 1987, supports more than 4,000 customers in automating shipping and front-office functions. Following the acquisition, the company will continue to provide ERP services to its current customers. In addition, Aptean will offer V-Technologies’ shipping and fulfillment capabilities to its customer base.
