DP Technology announces strategic acquisition by Hexagon AB

DP Technology Corp. has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Sweden-based Hexagon AB. DP Technology’s flagship product, the ESPRIT CAM system, will be included in Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division.
