LT Precision to build North American headquarters in Michigan

To cater to the escalating demand for electric vehicles, Korea-based LT Precision is extending its manufacturing and sales operations into the U.S., with plans to establish its North American headquarters and manufacturing operations in Holland, Mich. The $43.2 million project is expected to create 70 jobs.

The company, a producer of components and machinery for electric and conventional vehicles, is actively seeking contracts with battery manufacturers to produce cooling plates for electric vehicle batteries.

LT Precision offers design and manufacturing of machinery parts, molds, welding and assembly machinery, and fixtures for Tier 1 and OEM automotive companies.
