PaintExpo to include more than 300 exhibitors
- March 5, 2010
- News Release
- Finishing
The 3rd PaintExpo, an international trade fair for industrial coating technology, will be held April 13-16, 2010, in Karlsruhe Exhibition Center, Germany. It will include more than 300 exhibitors from 17 countries, with roughly 20 percent of all exhibiting companies coming from outside of Germany.
Technologies will be presented from the entire industrial coating process sequence, from pretreatment to final inspection, and will include systems and application technology, paints, drying and cross-linking systems, conveyor systems, automation solutions and painting robots, measuring and test equipment, quality control, environmental engineering, accessories, consumable materials, and services.
Systems that contribute to reduced consumption of energy and resources and increased process reliability, quality, and flexibility are the focal point of the exhibitor presentations. For example, new paint guns and atomizers that will be presented at the exposition have been designed for material savings by means of increased transfer efficiency.
The exhibitors also will demonstrate another approach to reduced material consumption with flexible paint feeding systems. For example, a color change system with pipe clearing technology will be presented that reduces paint loss and the consumption of solvents by up to 80 percent. The exhibitors also will introduce new developments in the fields of conveyor and automation technology, and in the area of painting robots.
