Pearl Abrasive purchased by The Stephens Group

Pearl Abrasive, Commerce, Calif., a producer of abrasives, diamond cutting tools, and equipment for welding and construction, has been acquired by The Stephens Group, Little Rock, Ark.

The Stephens Group is a private, family-held investment firm that partners with companies to help them grow. The acquisition includes Pearl’s subsidiaries.
