Direct Metals recertified to ISO 9001:2015

Direct Metals, an international steel service center with locations in Kennesaw, Ga., and Waukegan, Ill., has been approved for renewal of its ISO 9001:2015 certification. Its ISO quality standards extend to its products, warehousing, fabrication, distribution, and customer service.

The company is a provider of industrial and specialty metal products available in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, and galvanized metal. Products include perforated metal, bar grating, expanded metal, safety grating, architectural metals, handrail components, and wire mesh products.

The service center’s processing capabilities include cutting, shearing, sawing, punching, cutouts, welding, slitting, blanking, burning, fabrication, and special finishes.
