Eastern Metal Supply invests in Eagle Metal Distributors
Lake Worth, Fla.-based Eastern Metal Supply, a value-added distributor of aluminum products and a Wynnchurch Capital L.P. portfolio company, has announced its acquisition of Eagle Metal Distributors Inc., a distributor of aluminum patio extrusions, aluminum beams, and patio screens in Orlando, Fla.
“This partnership will allow us to expand our offering of products and services to new and existing customers throughout Central Florida,” said Eagle President Steve Wrazen.
Eastern Metal Supply operates 15 distribution and manufacturing facilities totaling nearly 1.6 million sq. ft.
