Etnyre Intl. acquires Hendrick Mfg.

Oregon, Ill.-based Etnyre Intl., a manufacturer of equipment for the asphalt road construction industry, has acquired Hendrick Mfg., with locations in Carbondale, Pa., and Owensboro, Ky.

Hendrick is a metal fabrication company that manufactures industrial perforated products, industrial wedge wire and profile bar screen products, and architectural products for interior and exterior spaces. The company serves more than 750 customers in over 15 market segments in North America, with a small number of customers in another 35 countries.

With this acquisition, the Etnyre group of companies includes E.D. Etnyre & Co., Hendrick Mfg., SMF, and BearCat Mfg.
