Alexandria Industries acquires Alexandria Plastics

Alexandria Industries, an Alexandria, Minn., provider of customized aluminum extrusions, precision metal machining, heatsinks, plastic-injection and foam-molded components, finishing, welding, and assembly, has acquired Wheaton, Minn.-based Alexandria Plastics Inc., a manufacturer of plastic-injection and foam-molded components.

Team members of Alexandria Plastics will officially join Alexandria Industries. Alexandria Industries has offered customers the capabilities of Alexandria Plastics since 2006, the year the two organizations formed a strategic alliance.
