Alleghany Capital announces Kentucky Trailer’s investment in CEI Equipment

New York-based Alleghany Capital Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alleghany Corp., has announced that its subsidiary, R.C. Tway Co. LLC (dba Kentucky Trailer), a manufacturer of custom trailers and truck bodies, has agreed to acquire a majority interest in CEI Equipment Co. LLC.

Based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, CEI is a producer of aluminum feed transportation equipment.
