CMG acquires Freedom Mfg.

Concept Metals Group (CMG), a Spring Lake, Mich.-based supplier of metal components to various industries, has acquired Freedom Mfg. The Comstock Park, Mich.-based machining and assembly company adds 46 employees and a 25,500-sq.-ft. facility to CMG’s operations.

Robert Baker, founder and president of Freedom Mfg., remains with the company as president to assist in the transition to a new leadership team.
