CoolSys™, Brea, Calif., has acquired Arjae HVAC and Mechanical Services, Milwaukie, Ore., which provides commercial and industrial HVAC installation and services and sheet metal fabrication throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Arjae offers full-service fabrication of aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper for a variety of commercial and industrial projects from its 25,000-sq.-ft. facility.
