Fontijne Grotnes acquires Atlanta Grotnes Machine

Niles, Mich.-based Fontijne Grotnes Inc. has acquired Atlanta Grotnes Machine Co., located in Atlanta. The company will rebrand under the Grotnes name, have its headquarters in Niles, and continue operating satellite offices in Atlanta and Monterrey, Mexico.

Grotnes is a provider of metal forming and assembly systems for the automotive, aerospace, forging, packaging, and industrial sectors.
