Hilco Industrial selling large-capacity coil slitting lines from former SET Enterprises

Birmingham, Ala.-based industrial asset disposition service provider Hilco Industrial LLC, in joint venture with Perfection Industrial Sales, has acquired and is offering for sale the metal processing equipment from the former SET Enterprises Inc. facility in Jackson, Ala. SET is continuing operations at its facilities in Illinois and Michigan.
Included in the sale are a 2012 Braner 72-in. by 0.250-in. by 60,000-lb. slitting line and a 2012 Nova Machinery & Engineering 74-in. by 0.500-in. by 80,000-lb. slitting line, as well as material handling equipment, rolling stock, and general support equipment. In addition, the real estate is available for sale, which includes 62,500 sq. ft. of manufacturing space with two 40-ton by 90-ft. span bridge cranes and rail access. The building was constructed in 2012.
Interested parties can submit separate bids on the real estate and all the machinery and equipment as a turnkey offering; the real estate only; or the machinery and equipment in bulk or piecemeal.
