Hosco acquires Classic Precision Inc.

Hosco Holdings LLC, Wixom, Mich., a finishing system components and engineered systems manufacturer, has purchased Classic Precision Inc., also of Wixom, a manufacturer of aerospace fuel delivery and combustion components for turbine engines. Ed Kruske, owner of CPI, stays on in a managerial capacity.

The acquisition will allow Hosco to extend its reach into the aerospace market and enhance its product line beyond its current capability, the company reports.
