Maysteel announces executive appointments

Maysteel LLC, a manufacturer of precision sheet metal enclosures in Allenton, Wis., has announced several changes to its executive staff. The company has named J. Monte Roach as president and CEO, Kevin Matkin as vice president of operations, and Elizabeth (Beth) Feldman as chief financial officer.
Roach previously served as president of the Americas Electrical Group of Actuant and vice president – general manager at Invensys Controls and Emerson Electric. He also held progressively responsible positions in engineering, marketing, and sales at Allen-Bradley – Rockwell Automation.
Roach has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science/electronics technology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Before joining the company, Matkin was president of Premier Precision Group LLC and president of Western Industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from DePaul University.
Feldman comes to Maysteel from Cooper Power Systems, where she served as group controller for the Energy Automated Solutions group and division. She began her career at Rexnord in accounting and then worked at the public accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche for several years before joining Cooper Power Systems. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in taxation, both from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
