NN Inc. to expand manufacturing capabilities in Massachusetts

NN Inc., Charlotte, N.C., has announced that its Power Solutions group will expand its manufacturing capabilities and presence in the Northeast to meet growing demand in the aerospace and defense markets.

The company, which designs and manufactures high-precision metal and plastic components, assemblies, and finished products, will develop a 100,000-sq.-ft. facility in Taunton, Mass., with about 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and 20,000 sq. ft. of office space. The expansion is expected to create 75 to 80 new jobs within three years. Completion is expected in spring 2019.
