Phoenix Metal Fabricating sold to Canerector Inc.
Metal fabricator and stamper Phoenix Metal Fabricating, Jamestown, N.Y., has been sold to Canerector Inc., a Toronto-based multidivisional company that buys and holds metal fabricating and manufacturing businesses.
Phoenix Metal, which employs about 60 people, serves the industrial, heavy-duty trucking, consumer, medical/scientific, and technology markets.
