Rev Group acquires Midwest Automotive Designs

Milwaukee-based Rev Group Inc. has acquired Elkhart, Ind.-based Midwest Automotive Designs, a manufacturer of custom-built RVs and limousine, charter, and tour (LCT) vans. The company’s 130 employees at its combined 100,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing and office space will remain in Indiana.

This acquisition will add to Rev Group’s product offerings in both its recreation and commercial segments through the RV and bus divisions, adding a selection of Class B RVs and multiple products for the luxury LCT bus markets, respectively.
