Sage Metals acquires Jayco Mfg.

Specialty metal products manufacturer Sage Metals Private Ltd., a portfolio company of Delos Capital based in Delhi, India, has announced the acquisition of Jayco Mfg. LLC, Grand Prairie, Texas, which provides assembly, integration, and production of precision custom metal formed components.

The combined company will continue to serve its customers as a global supply chain partner with expanded product offerings and manufacturing capabilities.
