Wynnchurch Capital invests in Midland Metal Mfg., combines with Anderson Metals

Rosemont, Ill.-based Wynnchurch Capital LLC has completed the acquisition of Midland Metal Mfg. and will combine the business with Anderson Metals LLC. Vince Hodes, CEO of Midland, is investing alongside Wynnchurch and will become CEO of the combined company.

Midland is a distributor of fittings, valves, clamps, and related products and accessories to a variety of industrial end markets. Anderson Metals is a distributor and manufacturer of valves, fittings, pipe nipples, and related products serving the plumbing, hardware, and industrial markets. Both companies are based in Kansas City, Mo.
