- Bending and Forming
Kaast Machine Tools Inc. offers PBM and PBH series angle rollers for circular bending of metal profiles, including angles and pipes. Featuring vertical and horizontal operation capabilities, the machines include a standard set of modular dies suitable for bending square, flat, and angle iron. Custom dies for rounded or other profiles also are available.
The PBM series features a dual-speed motor for the two nonmodular bottom rolls and a manually adjustable top roll with a millimeter scale. The optional digital readout assists with repeatability. The 30 model handles 1.5-in square tubing, while the 50 model handles 2 in.
The PBH series differs in that its top roll is moved hydraulically, not manually. The 50, 65, and 80 models feature three driven rolls and two hydraulically adjustable bottom rollers. Also included with these models is a digital display of two axes and mechanical guide rollers adjustable in three axes.
