Scotchman 5014-ET ironworker includes three-station revolving turret

The Scotchman Industries 5014-ET 50-ton ironworker features a three-station revolving turret that accepts up to three different punch sizes, changeable in seconds, the company states. For additional automation, the machine can be equipped with manual or semiautomatic feeding systems. These optional systems include a 5-ft. by 24-in. conveyor.

The machine features a single-operator design with seven total stations. It provides 50 tons of pressure and can punch a 13/16-in. hole in a 3/4-in. plate. The ironworker comes standard with an angle shear capable of shearing 4- by 4- by 3/8-in. angle iron, a flat bar shear that can shear 3/4- by 4-in. to 1/4- by 14-in. material, and a rectangle notcher for notching up to 2-1/2 by 3 in. in 5/16-in. material.
